What types of therapy do you offer?

We provide individual, couples and family therapy.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes. Secure online sessions are available for clients throughout California. Currently, only virtual sessions are offered.

How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule a session through our Book Now or by contacting us directly. We respond within 24 hours.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes! We accept Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, Carelon Behavioral Health, Cigna, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Independence Blue Cross Pennsylvania - Virtual National Network, Quest Behavioral Health.

We can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your provider to confirm your coverage.

What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session is focused on understanding your goals, your concerns, and what brought you to therapy. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space to talk through what you need.

How long are therapy sessions?

Most sessions are 50 minutes. Some clients prefer extended sessions, which can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.

How often should I come to therapy?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust over time. We can work together to choose a pace that feels right for you.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Your information is kept private and confidential, with the exception of the limits to confidentiality. If you are a harm to yourself, to another individual or to a protected class, then by law, confidentiality can be broken.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens! Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
