What types of therapy do you offer?

We provide individual and couples therapy, along with support for stress, anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional wellness.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?

Yes. Secure online sessions are available for clients throughout California. You can choose in-person, virtual, or a mix of both.

How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule a session through our Book Now button or by contacting us directly. We respond within 24–48 hours (Mon–Fri).

Do you accept insurance?

We can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your provider to confirm your coverage.

What can I expect in my first session?

Your first session is focused on understanding your goals, your concerns, and what brought you to therapy. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space to talk through what you need.

How long are therapy sessions?

Most sessions are 50 minutes. Some clients prefer extended sessions, which can be arranged upon request.

How often should I come to therapy?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions and adjust over time. We’ll work together to choose a pace that feels right for you.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes. Your information is kept private and confidential, with the exception of rare situations required by law (such as safety concerns).

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens — just let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a late-cancellation fee.
